Monologues From Plays

What is a good contemporary monologue for a woman?

The monologue needs to be from a full length play written after 1920. It also has to be at least 2 minutes long or longer. I need to be able to purchase the entire play. No one-act plays or monologues written as individual monologues can be used.

1. Try Neil Simon's works, like Bunny in House Of Blue Leaves. Also Betty in Betty's Summer Vacation, Marsha from Zap (may be hard to find), Mer Ubu in Ubu Roi, and woman in Laughing Wild. Some of those will be very fun.
