1. The diary of Anne Frank is always an awesome choice, but it's usually over done. That's not a bad thing, just try to bring something special to it... Something nobody else could do.

4. Why limit yourself to this list? There many more monologues for females than just these. The issue of the best monologue is 'best for what circumstance', not for the age of the performer. For example: If, with proper hair, make-up and costuming, you can pass for 18, why wouldn't you want that role? On the other hand, if similar efforts were made to successfully make you look 10, why not? Keep in mind the CHARACTER you're auditioning for and go for that.
